Cloaking is actually programmed into the CBPRESS MarketPlace. Note that your product links will always hit a ?gocbp=XX where XX is your Unique CBPRESS product ID. No Affiliate information is contained in this link, but is added when the visitor is redirected to the vendor page.

To Check your link Affiliate ID and Tracking ID if entered, visit a product website from your blog and click the order button. When you get to the ClickBank page, at the bottom of the page your affiliate ID should be visible, along with TID’s that you have added either globally or on a product specific basis.

All of the Product Management tools are found in the Product List section of the CBPRESS Administrative Area of WP-Admin, with the exception of our Advanced Administrative Product Search Box which expands and contracts from the keyword searchbox visible throughout the entire CBPRESS Plugin Administrative area.

After you have selected the desired products in your list using the checkboxes on the left, simply select the categories you would like them to show up in from the pull-up menu of categories at the bottom of your Product List Screen.

Full Marketplace

Add a Customized or Full Product MarketPlace with one shortcode. If you have opted not to show specific categories or products in your CBPRESS admin area, your customized or NICHE MarketPlace will be visible, otherwise you will see all ClickBank Products. You can also FILTER products in the CBPRESS Options/Filters tab to display only the products that match your criteria.

Category Manager

Categories are managed through the Category List section of your CBPRESS Plugin Administration. You can add and delete or hide categories, and you can also set a sub category as root (great for niche sites) or establish a featured category to showcase products throughout your marketplace.

Selecting a root category in CBPRESS Category List Admin area is the first step in creating a Niche Site

Creating New Categories and Sub-Categories allows you to title Categories according to the search phrases that most match your selected ClickBank Products and custom products. Use custom categories as your featured category section which gets special focus and should be filled with custom written, search phrase optimized products. Niche sites can be created exclusively with custom categories and filled with search phrase optimized products.

Selecting a featured category is a great way to highlight a more lucrative set of products or can be a great way t o experiment with sub-categories and sales conversions.

Customize Products

With this feature you can edit the product titles and write your own descriptions for any affiliate product. When you re-import an update your custom changes remain intact.

CBPRESS Options are plentiful and powerful.

CBPRESS General Options

General Options is primarily a collection of display settings …. numbers of items in lists, descriptions display and filtering. Start snooping around here when you are looking for easy ways to make your MarketPlace fit more seamlessly within your WordPress Theme.

CBPRESS Filters Options

Filters Options allow you to restrict your display of products by commission percentage ranges, gravity, billing type (recurring, etc.) and more.

CBPRESS Importer Options

Importer Options are helpful with web hosting platforms that have limited capabilities. Reducing the import throttle from 300 to 200 can alleviate some MySQL Errors, and you can increase the throttle setting with higher processing capacity. For hosting with limits on database capacity, you can set removed products to be deleted from the database. This will eliminate all product tracking, so only use this delete option if you have to.

CBPRESS CSS Options

CSS Options allow you to customize the stylesheet and formatting display settings for your Marketplace.

CBPRESS System Options

System Options are helpful if you are upgrading WordPress, needing to reinstall CBPRESS, or upgrading your WordPress Theme. It is best to know your way around WordPress if you are making use of these tools.

ClickBank Importer

The World’s Fastest ClickBank Importer is built into CBPRESS.

Importer Startup: Accessing ClickBank FEED Data. Usually this stage takes less than 1 minute. If you have successfully established the Import process before, any error would be rare at this stage and might be due to a temporary feed access issue. Try the import a couple times and you may see your import process start right up, as network access issues do not generally last very long.

If you are running the importer for the first time, and you are encountering errors, check your cpanel hosting specifications to make sure that your system allows for our basic script and processing needs:

MySQL 5.0.3+

PHP’s cURL extension installed or allow_url_fopen set to true.*

The Import Process will generally take less than a couple minutes… if you are having any timeout issues during the first import, which is rare, check out your cpanel hosting or contact your hosting provider to make sure your settings meet the minimum requirements.
